Pricing questions
Why are your prices lower than many other teams?
Our team is based in India, where running a business costs less. We pass that on to you rather than cutting corners. You get the same code reviews, tests and documentation you'd expect from any top-quality team.
Is the fixed price really fixed?
Yes, for the scope we agree in writing. If you want to add or change something along the way, we tell you what it costs before we do it, and nothing changes without your approval.
Do we have to start with a pilot?
No. The pilot is optional, but we recommend it. It's the fastest way for you to judge our work, and the fee is credited against the project if you continue.
What if we want to stop?
On a project, you pay per milestone, so you only pay for work delivered. A dedicated engineer needs 30 days' notice. Either way, the code you've paid for is yours.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Third-party costs such as cloud hosting, app store accounts or paid APIs are billed to your own accounts, so you always see them directly.
